Those fools who are against the Olympics need to be shot. The Olympics would generate much needed revenue for our fair city. We live in a city ravaged by poverty and unemployment; why not bring in a revenue stream that will also enhance the view of the city?

Dear Editor, Sweet home Chicago! Beautiful shoreline, parks galore and a diverse culture make Chicago the mid-costal city in the country – and a perfect place to host the 2016 Olympic games.

Quit being so scared of the unknown, people. There are always 1,000 reasons to not do something. But it should only take one good reason to jump at a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
