I’m doubtful that murder can effectively serve as both cause and cure in American society. Whether criminal or government-sanctioned-one fact is inarguable: Murder is an irrevocable offense.

The Capital of Punishment

A serial killer ends the lives of ten innocent Americans. He is convicted by a jury and sentenced to death. 69% of Americans are in favor of the death penalty in such cases. The majority of citizens believe that our government has the right to kill those convicted of certain crimes.
