1717 S. Prarie: Why it’s difficult for me to care

The new construction at 1717 S. Prarie Ave. sounded like the crème de la crème of the neighborhood to veteran and first time condo buyers. Gorgeous views of Lake Michigan and Soldier Field a stones throw away from the historic Glessner House were just the start of its attractive amenities. Wrap this in reasonable prices, and a lot of people were sold.
